Here are three powerful tips to help you manage everyday stress and live more peacefully.
1. Live in the Moment
The first step to busting stress is to release every thought from yesterday. Focus only on the present moment. Take three deep breaths, slowly releasing each one. As you do this, visualize your worries dissolving. Visit your inner quiet place, where you feel at peace. Relax, breathe deeply, and let go of all worries, regrets, disappointments, anger, and grief. This practice will help you stay calm and centered.
2. Engage in Mindful Activities
Choose a simple activity, like rocking your baby, taking a short walk, or raking leaves. While doing this, keep your mind quiet and calm, staying in your special place within. Practice this daily, and you'll notice a significant reduction in stress. Whenever you start feeling stressed, return to this mindful, quiet place until you regain your inner calm.

Taking care of your body is essential for stress management. Eat balanced meals, stay hydrated, and get enough sleep. Avoid excessive salt, sugar, caffeine, and alcohol.
